Keeping track of your team

I think one of the most frustrating things happens at the end of a practice with younger children. You tell the kids to go to their parent and they all disappear in different directions. I go crazy running around making sure each child is with the appropriate adult. Now what I do is line them up and, one by one, tell them to find their parent. Only when I see that child hook up with their parent or guardian do I let the next one go. It doesn't take long to do this and it relieves a lot of anxiety.
