Bike Helmets

Do you wear a helmet when you bicycle with your child? Why not?

You're just as prone to head injuries as they if you fall (probably more if you ride it as often as I do).

And children need examples. They don't learn well using the axiom: "Do as I say, not as I do".

So, wear a helmet, set an example and protect your head.
